2. What this website does and does not do

This website is static: it shows Arrel's documentation, release notes and commercial information.

• It does not use cookies.
• It does not use analytics or tracking tools.
• It does not load any third-party resource. Fonts, icons and search are inside the website itself, so your browser only communicates with our server.
• It has no forms. We do not ask for any data through the website.

The browser stores on your device, in local storage, a single piece of data: the theme you have chosen (light, dark or automatic). It is never sent to any server and you can delete it whenever you want.

3. Data that is processed

Technical server logs

When you visit the website, the hosting provider, Cloudflare, may record technical data of the request, such as the IP address, date and time, the requested page and the browser. It does so to guarantee the security and operation of the service. We do not use those logs to identify visitors.

Email

If you write to us at support@arrelphp.com, we will process your address and the content of the message in order to reply. The legal basis is your consent when starting the conversation, or the application of pre-contractual or contractual measures if you are a customer. We keep them for as long as the relationship lasts and for the applicable legal periods.

4. Arrel and the data of your panels

Arrel is a package that runs on the customer's infrastructure. We have not found any outgoing call or telemetry in the package's code, so the data of the panels you build with Arrel does not go through us. The customer is the controller of the data of their own users.

5. Recipients

We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties. The providers that supply us with necessary services, such as web hosting and email, may access it, acting as data processors.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to support@arrelphp.com. If you consider that we have not handled your rights properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es) or, where applicable, the Autoritat Catalana de Protecció de Dades (apdcat.gencat.cat).

If the website changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update it and change the date above.
